Here you can book a session using my flexible booking system.
Book a day and time that suits you and pay at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, you can easily do that via the email confirmation you receive when you book.
To manage your bookings easily on your phone, you can download the Calendly app and access my availability directly.

I provide a ‘Pay What You Can’ service, with fees ranging from £45 - £65 per hour. This flexible pricing structure is designed to make counselling more accessible, allowing you to choose an amount that feels manageable based on your circumstances. The goal is to ensure that financial barriers don’t prevent you from getting the support you need.
This system is based on honesty, to ensure that everyone benefits from the provision of quality counselling & coaching. If your circumstances change, you are free to change the fee you pay and there is no need to discuss the amount with me. However, if you do have any questions, feel free to ask.
Please be aware that all Zoom sessions are summarised in words using Zoom’s AI function for my purposes only and are not recorded. This summary is kept within Zoom’s confidential ecosystem which complies with GDPR and is not shared with any 3rd parties. If you do not want me to summarise the meeting, please let me know at the beginning of the session. All notes are anonomised when stored.
20-30 Minute Zoom - FREE

To confidentially understand your goals of counselling and what you need from a counsellor
To discuss my approach and how we can work together
Allow you to ask any questions you may have
For you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you
Your preference for where and when you would like future sessions held, if you decide to go ahead
There is no obligation for you to book a first full session during this initial call and you are of course free to think about your decision after we have spoken. It’s important you receive the right counsellor and counselling for you and your needs.
60 minute Session: £45-65 per hour (Pay What You Can) Monday - Friday

60 minute Session - Fully Funded Referral
This session is:
For those having been referred by a charity directly
For us to confirm and discuss our agreement you would have completed when you booked
To discuss my approach and how we can work together
To understand your goals of counselling
Allow you to ask any questions you may have
Talk openly about your challenges
Arrange a next session if you wish to continue
Thereafter, you may book through this link for further sessions

Student counsellors / College or University Students / Refugees - £40
Student counselling sessions offer a safe and confidential space to support you throughout your studies. Having been through it myself, I understand how challenging counselling studies can be, and I’m here to help you manage both the academic pressures and any life issues you may be facing. Whether you need support with your workload, personal challenges, or coping strategies, I’m here to help. I also provide reports free of charge, should they be required
