About me

I am a qualified and insured counsellor, psychotherapist and coach.

I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds, including many who are neurodivergent or exploring how they experience the world differently.

My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and non-judgemental. I will meet you where you are.

I offer both online sessions and outdoor walk and talk therapy.

Who I work with

I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds.

Many of the people I see are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who are trying to make sense of patterns in their lives, particularly around emotions, relationships or the impact of past experiences.

I also work with many people who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD or exploring whether this might apply to them.

You do not need a diagnosis or a clear “problem” to begin.
