I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and coach who works with adults seeking greater clarity, emotional ease and a more grounded way of being.
My work is informed by experience across business and wellbeing settings, offering a broad and very human understanding of how people function, cope and connect.
My work supports people navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity, neurodivergence, addiction recovery, relationships and life transitions, with a particular sensitivity to men who have learned to carry their feelings quietly.
My specialism is in self-esteem, confidence and identity, particularly where people feel they no longer wish to be shaped by relationships, expectations or ways of coping that no longer fit.
I offer a calm, thoughtful space online from anywhere in the UK and outdoor walk and talk ecotherapy sessions in and around Tring, Hertfordshire. I use creative and reflective approaches to help people understand themselves more deeply and move forward at a pace that feels right.
Practicalities
I offer counselling and psychotherapy online and outdoors, depending on your preference and coaching online. Sessions are confidential, paced and shaped around what feels most supportive for you. Often, the best thing to do, is to book a free 30 minute session to discuss your needs and ask any questions you may have.

Taking the first step
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you are used to managing on your own. You are welcome to book an initial conversation to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and see whether it feels like a good fit.
There is no pressure to commit beyond that first step, but it will give you a sense of how I work and me an idea about what you need
