I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and coach working with adults who are seeking greater clarity, emotional safety and a more grounded way of being.

I offer a relational and very human understanding of how people function, cope and connect, informed by experience in business and wellbeing settings.

I support people navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity, neurodivergence, addiction recovery, relationships and life transitions, with a particular sensitivity to men who have learned to carry their feelings quietly.

Alongside this broader work, I have a particular focus on trauma and high-capacity adults experiencing burnout and/or those with ADHD or Autism-related challenges, and the impact this can have on identity and relationships.

I offer a calm, thoughtful space online from anywhere in the UK and outdoor walk and talk ecotherapy sessions in and around Tring, Hertfordshire. I use creative and reflective approaches to help people understand themselves more deeply and move forward at a pace that feels right.

Taking the first step

Sessions are confidential, paced and shaped around what feels most supportive for you. Often, the best thing to do, is to book a free 30 minute session to discuss your situation and ask any questions you may have.

If you are unsure whether counselling or psychotherapy is the right place to begin, we can talk this through together.

There is no pressure to commit beyond this first step, it will simply give you a sense of how I work and for me to have an idea of what your needs are.

Sometimes we need another human outside of our everyday, to collaborate with. To help us pause, breathe and find a new way through.
