I am a counsellor, psychotherapist and coach working with adults who are seeking greater clarity, emotional steadiness and a more grounded way of being.
My background spans business and wellbeing settings, giving me a practical, human understanding of how people function under pressure, how they cope, and how they relate.
I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity questions, neurodivergence, addiction recovery, relationship strain and significant life transitions.
My Specialism
Alongside this broad work, I have a particular focus on high-capacity adults experiencing burnout and ADHD-related challenges, and the impact this can have on identity and relationships.
Many of my clients are creative, entrepreneurial or driven. They are intelligent and full of ideas, yet privately overwhelmed, inconsistent or exhausted from holding everything together.
I am especially interested in encouraging men into therapy, particularly those who may not usually see themselves as the “therapy type,” but recognise that something needs to shift.
My work helps clients move from pressure and internal chaos toward clarity, steadier confidence and more connected relationships.
I offer a calm, thoughtful space online across the UK, and outdoor walk and talk ecotherapy sessions in and around Tring, Hertfordshire. I use creative and reflective approaches to help people understand themselves more deeply and move forward at a pace that feels sustainable.
Practicalities
I offer counselling and psychotherapy online and outdoors, depending on your preference and coaching online. Sessions are confidential, paced and shaped around what feels most supportive for you. Often, the best thing to do, is to book a free 30 minute session to discuss your needs and ask any questions you may have.

Taking the first step
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you are used to managing on your own. You are welcome to book an initial conversation to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and see whether it feels like a good fit.
There is no pressure to commit beyond that first step, but it will give you a sense of how I work and me an idea about what you need
