If you’re feeling stuck, have lost your way, or are holding the weight of things you rarely speak of, you don’t have to face it on your own.

Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s normal to face challenges that affect your relationships, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing.

You don’t need to have all the words - just a starting point.

From there, we’ll work together to find steadiness, insight and a path that feels like yours.

Whatever life has brought your way, and whatever is unsettling you now, I’m here to walk alongside you.

If you are circling the same thoughts, the same patterns, the same pain, you're not alone. Sometimes we need another human outside of our everyday to help us pause, breathe and find a new way through.

  • Gaining structure, organisation, self-advocacy

  • Building stronger, more meaningful relationships

  • Improving self-esteem and overcoming self-doubt

  • Managing stress, anger, and personal expectations

  • Navigating grief, trauma, addiction and emotional blockages

Who I work with

I provide therapy and coaching to adults from all walks of life. Whether you identify as neurodiverse or neurotypical, a spectrum-thinker, a deep-feeler, a creative soul, a provider and someone carrying more than most realise, this is a space where you are welcome.

I have a particular interest in encouraging more men into therapy, and work with many who are beginning to talk about their experiences, thoughts and feelings they may have learnt to keep hidden.
