ADHD Counsellling & Coaching

“ADHD is not a problem of knowing what to do. It’s a problem of doing what you know.” Thomas E. Brown ~ ADHD Researcher

ADHD? Late Diagnosis? Or Just Wondering?

  • Do you feel like your brain is wired differently but no one ever quite spotted it?

  • Have you recently been diagnosed with ADHD and now you're not sure what comes next?

  • Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the everyday, constantly switching tasks, forgetting the things that really matter to you?

  • Are you brilliant, creative, intuitive, but exhausted from trying to "hold it all together"?

  • Or maybe you’ve always suspected you were neurodivergent, but never felt seen?

If any of this speaks to you, you’re not alone.

I’m a qualified counsellor, certified ADHD coach and fellow human being with a deep respect for how our minds actually work, not just how they’re “supposed” to.

How I Can Help

I offer gentle, grounded, real-life support for adults navigating the world through an ADHD lens, whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or still exploring.

I work with:

  • Emotional overwhelm and underwhelm

  • Shame and self-doubt

  • Motivation challenges

  • Relationships and communication

  • Time blindness, transitions, and tangled to-do lists

  • That deep feeling of being “too much” or “not enough”

My Approach

My approach is creative, practical and compassion-led. I blend therapeutic insight with coaching structure, but incorporate counselling where appropriate. That means we explore the roots, soothe the nervous system and take forward steps. You’re not a project to fix, you’re a story still unfolding.

Sessions are online, but if you’re local to Tring or Hertfordshire, we can walk and talk in nature and you are able to interchange between the two.

Accessible Fees: £45 / £55 / £65 based on what feels sustainable for you and I recommend a minimum of 6 sessions.

You're not too late. You're not broken. You're not alone.
