This website is run by me, Kaz Hazelwood, a UK-based counsellor, coachand creator of resources for therapists and the people we work with.

This site exists to:
• Share information about my therapy and coaching services
• Provide thoughtful content around emotional wellbeing, therapy, neurodiversity and creativity

The content is for general information and inspiration. It is not a substitute for personal therapy, coaching or medical advice.

All content on this website, including blog posts, downloads, diagrams, materials, logos and wording, is my own work unless stated otherwise.

You are welcome to share links or short snippets for personal or professional use, but please do not reproduce, sell or pass off my work as your own. Just ask if you would like to use anything. I am usually happy to say yes if it is for good.

I do my best to keep this site running smoothly, up to date and free of errors. However, I cannot guarantee that it will always be available or that every page will be perfect all of the time.
