As a counsellor, psychotherapist and nature enthusiast, I believe in nature's innate ability to facilitate growth, restoration, and self-discovery. I've witnessed individuals transition from anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck to a more free-flowing expression of thoughts and feelings, discovering a more manageable life.
