I work with adults from all walks of life, providing support through the unique challenges that impact emotional wellbeing.

With a special focus on accessible therapy, encouraging men to seek help and neurodiversity counselling and coaching, I explore how self-worth and relationships shape daily life and work. My approach offers a supportive space to uncover the origin of anxiety, depression and overwhelm and what’s holding you back to discover practical ways to move forward.

I also have experience in counselling those with addiction issues, in all its forms, and provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore its impact and the path to change.

  • Walk-and-talk therapy in nature (for those local to Tring, Hertfordshire)

  • Flexibility to alternate between formats based on your needs

  • £45 / £55 / £65 based on what feels sustainable for you

  • Recommended minimum: 6-8 sessions for meaningful progress
