I have a lovely therapy room in the heart of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire above a chemist, accessed through a beautiful stained class door.
It is a comfortable, safe and confidential space for you to talk freely about your issues and contains comfortable chairs and cushions, as well as creative tools we can use should you wish. You can even kick your shoes off.
The room is accessed by a flight of stairs and being an old building, unfortunately there isn’t a lift.
For your comfort, there is drinking water and tissues in the room and a toilet for your use.
