Working Together
You may….
have recently experienced changes that leave you uncertain about your next steps
sense there's something more to unlock in yourself but aren't sure how to access it
struggle with balancing priorities, managing stress, or finding clarity in daily life
have experienced trauma in the past or recently, which is leaving you struggling to move forward
have always felt you could benefit from personalised support but never found the right time or fit
Whatever the issue, I can help you work through the difficulties.
Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s normal to face challenges that affect your relationships, self-esteem and overall wellbeing. If you’re feeling stranded or misunderstood, you’ve found a space where you’ll be supported and heard.
Your thoughts and feelings are valid, present and real, but your struggles don’t need to be permanent.
Who I Work With
I work with all kinds of people. Some who’ve had therapy before and some who for them, this is the first time.
You might be a deep thinker, someone who keeps a lot inside, or someone who’s always had to be the strong one.
Some clients come to me after a diagnosis, or because they’re exploring what it means to be neurodivergent in a world that doesn’t always make space for difference.
I have a particular interest in supporting men – especially those beginning to talk about feelings they’ve had to keep in: anger, sadness, shame, or overwhelm. But these experiences aren’t limited by gender. We all deserve space to make sense of what we’re holding.
Whoever you are, and whatever you’re carrying, you’ll be met here with respect, honesty and warmth.
Together, we can explore:
Communication struggles and emotional regulation
Gaining structure, organisation, self-advocacy
Building stronger, more meaningful relationships
Improving self-esteem and overcoming self-doubt
Managing stress, anger, and personal expectations
Navigating grief, trauma, addiction and emotional blockages
I have various clinical agency experience and deal with many issues including:
Addiction
Anxiety
Depression
Education and career pressures and dilemmas
Grief in all its forms
Men’s issues
Neurodiversity and post-diagnosis challenges
Psychological and physical abuse
Relationship issues
Sexual and gender orientation
Stress
Suicidal thoughts and ideation
Trauma
This isn’t just about understanding your challenges. It’s about finding practical, compassionate and meaningful ways to feel better and more connected – in your mind, your body, and your relationships.
I understand that each person's journey is unique and I approach our work together with genuine respect for your individual experiences and needs.
You don’t need to be in crisis to begin. You just need a space to explore what’s going on – with someone who listens, doesn’t judge, and supports you to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
