Who I Work With

I work with all kinds of people who are navigating what comes next - in their identity, relationships, work, or emotional life.

Sometimes there’s a clear turning point: a diagnosis, addiction, a major life change or a growing sense that something needs to shift. Other times, it’s quieter; a feeling of being out of step, stuck, or simply longing for space to breathe and be heard.

Men’s Mental Health

I have a particular interest in supporting men’s mental health - especially those beginning to find language for the emotions they’ve had to hold in: anger, sadness, shame, or overwhelm. While these experiences aren’t limited to men, they’re often made invisible by the expectations placed on them.

Whatever brings you here, and however tangled it might feel, you’ll be met with warmth, honesty, and respect. This is a space where you don’t have to perform or hold it all together - just bring yourself.

I help people who are struggling with their relationship to themselves and others….

These are often shaped by:

  • Long-held trauma

  • Low self-worth

  • Shame

  • Addiction or coping mechanisms

  • Parts in conflict (inner divisions, self-sabotage, perfectionism versus collapse)

  • Chronic people-pleasing or emotional and communication suppression

  • Feeling ‘different’ - Neurodiversity, sensitive, or emotionally intense

  • Struggling with life pathways

You might be adjusting to a diagnosis, feeling destabilised by change or carrying things quietly beneath the surface. You might be someone who’s always had to be the strong one, or a deep thinker who tends to keep a lot inside. Perhaps this is your first time in therapy, or you’ve done some work before and are ready to go deeper.

Session Options

  • Counselling, Coaching or hybrid sessions

  • 1 hour - 90 minute sessions available

  • Week and weekend sessions

  • Flexibility to alternate between online and walk and talk sessions based on your needs.

  • £45 / £55 / £65 flexible pricing based on what feels sustainable for you.

  • Online booking system, giving you complete autonomy to reschedule and cancel sessions.

  • Mobile Phone Booking Access

  • Recommended minimum no. of sessions: 6-8 for meaningful progress, although the choice is always yours.

  • Long term therapy available.

    Office Hours:

    Monday to Thursday 10am - 9pm

    Friday 10am-4pm

    Saturday and Sunday 11am-4pm
