Whatever the issue, I can help you work through the difficulties.

Your thoughts and feelings are valid, present and real, but your struggles don’t need to be permanent.

You also don’t need to be in crisis to begin. You just need a space to explore what’s going on, with someone who listens, doesn’t judge, and supports you to move forward in a way that feels right for you. You are the expert on yourself, but by working with me, you can begin to learn more about yourself, find your flow and move forward with the answers and understanding that you need.

I work with adults of all genders, who are navigating what comes next - in their identity, relationships, work, family or emotional life.

Sometimes there’s a clear turning point: a diagnosis, addiction, a major life change or a growing sense that something needs to shift. Other times, it’s quieter; a feeling of being out of step, stuck, or simply longing for space to breathe and be heard.
